Invoicing

Invoices are issued on a weekly basis and fees are to be paid one week in advance. If your child’s payment is 2 weeks overdue, we will ensure that you are notified. Payments you can use are Automatic payments, internet banking, direct debit or cash payments are preferred methods of payment.

WINZ childcare subsidy

Work and Income New Zealand (WINZ) provide a subsidy, this will be dependent on your level of income. This may be applicable for some parents who have children attending the centre. Full payment of fees is the caregiver’s responsibility and will be paid until a subsidy is being approved.

20 hours subsidy

We offer subsidised for 20 hours of childcare, for all children 3 years and over.

Withdrawing your child

When withdrawing your child, parents need to give at least 2 weeks’ notice.

Changing your booked times

If you wish to change your booked times, you must give one weeks’ notice.

Late pick ups

If your child is being picked up late after closing time, late fees may apply. You will need to contact the centre as soon as you can if you are running late or if there was an emergency. Staff can make arrangements to let your child know what is happening and accommodate you and your child during this time
